Reports that part of the network was shut down yesterday as a precautionary measure when a water pipe burst in SZR. But it affected stations DIFC, MOE & Nakheel Harbour & Towers - which are pretty widely spaced. I guess someone was worried about water impacting on power supplies. But you'd expect a system such as this to be as far as possible immune from the effects of unrelated service failures.
